The Stingray is the most sophisticated and thoroughly tested OC-1 on the market today. It has been honed for top efficiency and performance in all water conditions. The unique "V" strakes in the hull actually plane at higher speeds. The result is less drag and faster performance while surfing. One of the Outrigger Connection test paddlers was quoted as saying "I couldn't determine the maximum speed for this boat. It keeps speeding up once you are on a bump." In flat waters, the Stingray is like a rocket. The "V" strakes along the keel line increase tracking and also provide lift resulting in a very fast hull with minimal wetted surface. The Stingray's ama rides farther forward than most OC-1's, resulting in greater maneuverability. The intricate detailing and graceful design of the deck of the Stingray sets it apart from other OC-1's. Molokai condo for NaWahine-sleeps 4 -. I had reserved it but can't use it now. Hate to see it wasted. Its only $99 a night and no minimum. I can give you number to call if you want to book it. My wife and I started our wonderful outrigger tour business last year in beautiful Vava'u, Tonga in the South Pacific. This is an amazing place to live and perfect for these tours, but sadly we must return to other business commitments in Australia and delay our dream a few more years. That's the bad news for us.
