Board Short - Paddle Donation. Dec 7, 2013

Aloha gang! Usually every year I donate all my board shorts and rash guards to a high-school paddling team. (Seeing kids paddle in basketball shorts - T-shirt kills me)This year I would like to do the same but with more sizes for the student athletes. If you want to rid of your boardies and stoke out some kids, Donate them! So in efforts to collect your donations Manny and his PA‘A gang has graciously allowed me to setup a tent to collect your donations at this weekends PA‘A Toys for Tots race. Selling my 1 year old Scorpius XM. This boat is super fast and light. 19 pounds fully rigged, double carbon construction, carbon fiber iakos. China Boat, great boat for a great price. Comes with movable Velcro seat and stock Scorpius XM cover for both boat and AMA. Some small paddle scuffs, and a couple dents in the hull. Boat and AMA are completely water tight. Kai Ko'o Paddles

Im very interested in these paddles I have yet to use one but have heard great things about them. I had originally planned on picking up a makana alii but coach les hasn't picked up his phone and if he doesn't want the business then oh well.
Just wonding what your guys experiences are with the Kai Ko'o papio blade.
also wondering if the carbon fiber sheet is for strength or weight on the back because my preferance has always been full wood.
