We do it here on the Mid-Atlantic coast (Surfski Paddling).......with the new rubber these days, paddling in a full suit is no problem. They are so stretchy it's pretty easy. Of course nothing beats a pair of baggies only, but if you want to get wet in the winter, this is a good way to do it.

merci pour vos commentaires and sorry for my grammar :)
the place is in south france near St Tropez (40km) when Mistral wind is ok , we paddle with our surfing wetsuits because it's the best wear to keep warm in winter when the water temperature is 12°C and 5° in the air. it's the reason why we wear glooves ( difficult to feel the paddle...) and Hat.
Now it's better :)
the song is noir desir , a very good french rock band and in french : " le vent nous portera " ( the wind will carry us ! ) perfect song :)
