The community all around the BJDs is vast. The largest English speaking discussion board on the internet, Den of Angels, has over Twenty,000 people. These forums are places to go over dolls, organize group meetings, and sell dolls and garments. They even arrange convention size meetings, just like the conventions that anime enthusiasts attend throughout the year. Members modify the look of their dolls and then provide them with names and use them as subjects in photography or even drawings which they then discuss through these towns.
