We are looking to bring a OC4 down from USA to start a club in Mexico, any help or advice much appreciated!

I'm looking for a used OC1 - Hurricane preferably under $2,000. I'm currently in Alabama but willing to take a weekend drive to pick up a boat because I'm dying to get back in the water to paddle. Even if it is a Lake.
