We are a small club in Saipan (Micronesia) looking to expand our trips into the big blue ocean. I'm hoping to stumble across a club with an old Hawiian Rocket spray skirt that they might part with. My understanding is the Rocket isn't in use much in other parts of the world, but around here, it's the best we've got.
