Here is an update on Hui Nalu's Kala Kukea Challenge:

Due to the number of pre-registrations we have received and the number of crews/clubs wishing to borrow canoes, we are adjusting the start times of the OC6 Long Course, and OC6 and OC1 Short Course for this weekend’s race.
New start times are: OC6 & OC1 Short Course, 9:30am at Marshall’s Beach, paddler/coaches/steersmen’s meeting at 9am at Hui Nalu Halau. OC6 Long Course, 10:30am at Marshall’s Beach, coaches/steersmen’s meeting at 10am at Hui Nalu Halau.
Please note that the OC1 long course from Makai pier will be unaffected and will still start at 10am from Makai Pier. If you need the shuttle it will depart from the Halau @ 9. rsvp #741-6379
Keiki races will still begin at 8am.
Registration for all races opens at 6:45am and closes at 9am. Current weather forecast calls for plenty of sun and light ESE wind paired with a small SW swell.
