Newby Paddler's training
Hello everybody !
My name is Alex and recently I bought a OC1 (Storm)!
I live in Russia in the city of Vladivostok.
The open water season in our city is short ( from April to the end of September).
Please Help me with a training program's on the open water for beginners!
Just interested in the training program during for the winter season. I will be grateful experienced Paddler for their help!
