Training Program / Resource

Hi am returning to OC1 training and racing after a 2 year layoff. i am 7 months away from my first target race which is 16km (10 miles). i have undergone a 5 month gym and cardio program so my general fitness is ok. Can anyone provide or advise me how to obtain a training program for this event.
