can anyone give some hints on how to best navigate the hawaii kai run. i know that there should be two different courses based on high and low tide. then there is the first half from maunalua bay to black point the from black point to kaimana beach. ive done the run several times but always seem to be on the "wrong" course. i can take the outside run and get passed buy others on the inside or it is the other way around. got any pointers??? mahalo.
