Fitness Training Video Series

Aloha paddlers!

I just confirmed John Wolf of Wolf Fitness Systems will be doing a 5 part training series for us paddlers. This will be posted on my blog http://koakulture.typepad.com/main/ each month during the "off-season" Nov-April. John specializes in body weight exercises, mobility training, club bell training, and kettle bell training.

My question to you is...What would you like to see or what do you feel is the part you would like to improve? Shoulders? Core? Lower Back? Mobility? This is for the paddlers by the paddlers!
