The Kapuna Man paddler, Gerry, has paddled for about 2 years and this
year as continually placed in the top 3 OC1 for the Kapuna and Sr.
Master divisions. Gerry is currently Nor Cal's 2004 NCOCA Champ for
OC-1 Kapuna division.
The Open Woman paddler, Sheila, is in her 5th season of paddling. Has
sat in all seats but feels comfortable in seat 5 or 4. During the
sprint season she has steered, novice and open co-ed/womens crews
that have consistently placed in the top 4 of their races.
Both paddlers are currently in training for the 9man Catalina Channel
Crossing in Sept.
