Annual Deception Pass Dash paddling event near Oak Harbor, Washington at Deception Pass State Park for human-powered craft. 6 mile race includes kayaks, canoes, SUP boards, racing shells, etc. This year's event will be held on Saturday, December 7th, 2013. Registration opens 10/22/13 with an early registration discount!
