The 20th annual Hawaiian Airlines Liberty Challenge is scheduled for Saturday, June 11, 2016 at Hudson River Park's Pier 26 in Manhattan.
Liberty is the largest Pacific Islands festival, and largest outrigger canoe race, on the East Coast. Crews will compete in the challenging waters of one of the world’s busiest harbors, paddling past iconic landmarks including the World Trade Center, Brooklyn Bridge and Statue of Liberty. The day-long public festival at Pier 26 will offer live entertainment, food and activities for the entire family.
