Food Inc.

: how do effects of living in different parts of the planet and the foods that are commonly eaten by the average paddler effect speed. obviously it would be a good idea to have a healthy diet but I have watched movies like Food Inc. and Super size me, and have realized the average North American diet is not as healthy as other parts of the planet. today's youth are the first not expected to out live there parent . due to diet and lifestyle. it has to affect speed , but how much?

I like how both the nutrition coach and reporter are overweight themselves. Nice.

Its funny its such a serious subject and my first question is how does it affect speed? My wife and oldest daughter are working on becoming chefs and let me in on stuff. you have to see this movie.

At least you're getting that nice Argentinian beef, Mariano. Probably alot healthier than ours.

Fresh caught wild fish, fresh fruit and veggies is the way to go . If you live in Hawaii then you can go chase down a wild pig in the hills too , fun to do with friends.

FUZE Out.

Rule of thumb for you people : If your food comes in a package , don`t eat it.

The "reporter' seems to be in pretty good shape - here's a screen capture of her being trained by the personal trainer in one of her other videos...
