oc1 disposal

What's the best way to dispose of an old oneman. It's the old kine fiberglass logs.

Try find someone who wants to improve their paddling technique in pulling a bit of weight through the water.
The log is probably closer to the weight of a 6 man, so it may help them for the next Molokai Hoe

It's in complete disrepair. The gelcoating and matting throughout the hull is soft and compromised. I started repairing it but as I was going I realized the amount of rotted material that had to be replaced. Maybe with my new furlough Friday day off I may just get back to repairing it, or not.

Cut it down the centre and screw it to the side wall of your shed above your workshop, just above the fridge, will make a great talking point.

If anyone else has a one man that is useable that they just want gone I might be able to put it to use with kids who have no boat of their own. Please PM me if this is the case. The mold, make, or model no matter.

Same here for Big Island ... Surfboards too ... Lots of kids here. I'll take anything like this and make sure it gets a good home.

aloha,

A restoration project is very satisfying and rewarding

Cut it down and use at a letter box so when you get a new oc 1 the mail person wont miss your place - what do you think
