Just checking to see if anyone burned off some turkey calories today. I stayed in with family today. Tomorrow looks like a good windy day for a HK run.

Yea, went for a 8 mile round trip paddle with beverages sponsored by Tecate and Tecate lite! Lots of people, bunch of 1 mans, couple v-1's, 2 mans, and 3 six mans plus an escort boat to hold the libations. Down to the cove south of Redondo Harbor for some surfing for a few hours then back.
Waiting on the turkey with some scotch in hand.
Cheers all

Oh man, Imua on Guam always paddles early AM on Turkey Day...since we are a day ahead of y'all; we have no games to watch. After a couple of easy hours, watching the sun come up, a couple of double rainbows and huge schools of jacks jumping all around; we took our 2 V6s in, said our prayers of THANKS then adjourned to great food and family!
A blessing on these crews on this day. Hope everyone else around the paddlin world has as good of a start to the Holidays as we did!

Thanksgiving Aloha to all - I did a 13 miler on the Concept Rower and some CrossFit mixed in for an "Taliban" butt kicking session out here in somewhere Afghanistan. Training for my first Maui to Molo Solo next year.
Enjoy and give thanks to what you have with family and the ocean - I will be home in a couple of weeks to be with my family and some SoCal OC-1 racing for the holidays.
Mahalo to OCpaddler website - keeps me connected.
