Unable to call, because cell phones have been deactivated, at least by AT&T. So can't respond to voice mail, even though the phone keeps signaling and signaling.

I got AT&T. So far it's been workingthe whole time. Must be certain areas.

Yep, can text and talk now. Looks like unofficially, the tsunami might be all pau? But still remaining cautious, just to be safe till get the official word.
