what was your problem/resolution?

Long story short. After 7 hours in interisland terminal and nothing from GO, I filed a complaint with the FAA. Couple days later received (2) RT vouchersin the mail from GO valid for 1 year.

Just used it for a weekend get away. Did not even think about trying to book for another race and travel nightmare.
