Reeds bay resort hotel, or the Castle Hilo Hawaiian or Hilo bay hotel Uncle Billy's, my fav' and they are on Banyan Dr. and you have to eat at the Ken's house of pancakes on Hawaii Belt rd. its the place.

Maureen's B&B where I was able to store my canoe inside the shed after picking up from Young Bros. And that's the main thing: canoe storage, for you can sleep and shower anyplace, but where you going store your $4000 canoe, out in the hotel parking lot?

This place is somewhat new and the guy is super cool....just say you heard of him from Israel and it might help get you a cheaper rate on an already cheap room...his name is Michael
