Kaena Challenge is cancelled. Logistically it would have been very difficult for most clubs to prep the day of the State Championships and race the day after a hard night of partying. OHRCA officials get a break. Financially it would be a lose money deal for OHCRA and MCC, normally it's barely break even. And luckily, most importantly, it just so happens, there will be NO WIND.
Makaha Canoe Club still exists and has been on inactive status only for the 2010 OHCRA Regatta Season..

Hope it's back on for 2011.
