I will say that was the closest most brutally contested race I've been in. Being locked in a dogfight for 4.5 hours is nuts. Thanks to all the guys around us for making that an amazing race.

Sunday's weather kept things mentally intriguing, choppy sea offered chances for some good movement forward. 2009 was a vigil on the island that seemed to get no closer, completely un-technical. Mahalo Manny and PA'A.
Congrats to the Jessie and Talia! An awesome effort for two 16 year old girls to complete the relay in what sounds like quite challenging conditions. Go girls!
