Remember that video of Team Livestrong in the Pa'a 'Eono Hoe? Well, it's back in new and improved form:

Funny how much the ama looks like the Pueo ama. Just sayin'...

It looks more like a smaller version of the main hull. Same swept back nose and everything. Maybe same design concept…

Is there a more appropriate name for the "Pueo ama" since its being used on the Aukahi as well?

Whooooa...chicken skin...again. The paddlers who "gripped their shorts" and "man-ned up" scored some awesome Kaiwi Channel. Hats off to them.

I move that we rename the "Pueo Ama", "The Keizo Ama". Or "The Keiz". Just like how we call Bixler's "Mana Ama" the "Bix".

I wish those guys were my friends. You Oahu people are cool but BI guys- they're Hollywood cool.

How much would people pay to have a boat (like Livestrong's) charter/escort people on weekends to Maui and/or Molo to do 4 and 5 hour downwind training runs?

Thanks onnopaddle, but I had nothing to do with it other than being the first to post it. Be sure to stop over to vimeo and let the guy who made it, Anders Carlson, know you appreciate his work. I have no idea if he posts on here or not, but it's always good to let people know you enjoy their work. Check out his website, he takes some nice still photos as well.

Looks like its crazy fast in the flats, anyone know the speeds it runs at compared to some of the OC6's on the market?
