Video camera for practices/technique

Any recommendations for an inexpensive video camera that can be used for practices, technique critique? Should be waterproof/resistant, good slow mo/stop, some zoom capability, able to be slaved to a laptop, etc. for instant viewing at practice site etc. I've heard mention of a new, inexpensive Kodak camera, I just got a GoPro. Not looking for great downloadable quality...just personal/team use.

Try Flip video, USB attached, 2 hrs worth, not waterproof, but Kodak has. http://www.theflip.com/en-us/, http://www.engadget.com/2010/05/27/kodak-playsport-zx3-waterproof-hd-cam...

I have the Kodak watersport and think it works fine. I use it mainly on my OC1 but it should do the job for OC6 practice as well.
