A while back I saw an email that warned that we may be restricted from the Ala Wai for the whole month of November, so I have been waiting to hear too. So far, the official descriptions say that the Ala Wai (and other areas) will only be restricted from 11pm Nov 9 through 11pm Nov 16. That is only a week... are they going to punish paddlers more than just the general public or are they just not communicating well?
