Can you train it to be your aerial cameraman for channel crossings?

i want to know how you got the camera back cuz it looks like the bird flew away with it. a hysterical video. should be a go pro advertisement.

That makes me dislike seagulls even more.
Also, GoPros have gotten significantly better in low light. I'm guessing this was one of the new HD models?
