has anyone noticed the 'party boat' off the shereton? it is the old Kandoo, now renamed the Red Dolphin. if i remember the old Kandoo sparked a lot of controversy. seems now that it has been renamed and sold to another person,, no one has said a word.there was an article in mondays paper about it. folks..it is right off the shereton. a 158 foot eye sore. at least the Kandoo was farther off shore.i heard DLNR gave them a permit. im interested in your opinion

it is an eyesore under new management { from America) who says he trying to be more attune to local concerns. Lets give him a chance...the whole tourist scene in Waikiki is an eysore....not likely to change....but it is part of the economy...like a huge part !. But if this guy interfers with paddlers...another story.
