Our dragon boat club has two Hody OC1s for training on the flat water, Schuylkill River. One of the cables "popped" and is inside the hull. I need advice on how to get the cable from inside the hull out through the little tiny hole in order to rerig the peddles/steering. The Hody has a 4 inch circle deck plate that covers the access to the rudder mechanics.

I assume there is a cable guide which might be broken or has come out of the fromt end. If this is the case, replace the cable guide (probably 1/8" or whatever easily accepts 1/16" SS 1X19 cable.). You'll probably add an inspection place up front. Good luck.
