Myself and a couple buddies want to build an outrigger this off season either a 3,4, or 6 man. Can anybody help with finding plans. We're not looking to build the next best unlimited canoe but just an outrigger to go paddle with friends. I believe we have the know how, we have a retired boat builder, a couple surfboard shapers, and two journeymen carpenters ... but no plans. Any help would be appreciated.

This is a link for Gary Dierking's Ulua. 18', but can be stretched to whatever length you like, and can be set up for sailing as well. Looks like a fun canoe...
