What sort of distances and times are they doing here Rambo? Also, do you have any info who will be going up to Calgary here in a few weeks?

To get in the Top 100 the paddlers do a 28km (17.4 mile) course in 2:38 or less. Not sure about the other 600+ guys in the race. Pretty fast guys by normal standards do the race under 3 hours. At least that's what Hiro C tells me...

that's pretty amazing that the top 100 paddlers are within 17 minutes of the leader. quality and depth of feild is mind boggling.
