Cant go wrong with a camelbak. They make them very light and minimal.

Camelbak Racebak 70 oz. Hydration Vest for Men - 2011 Model, Worth 2 liters. Using it for Olamau training. You freeze the bag at night ware it the next day and slowly melt behind you cooling you off. Does not bother me stroking.

Hydrapak makes some awesome products. They do a ton of stuff for ultramarathoners, so their packs are super light and lean:

You should checkout vestpac, I used it during the channel and it is super light weight and comfortable.
