Many mahalos to all who tuned into the live broadcast of the Molokai Hoe today! TV Broadcast and paddling history was made and there are too many entities (mainly OHCRA, OC16, Verizon and Pasha) to thank.
This has been our dream for many years - to make outrigger canoe paddling a 'mainstream' sport - viewable to all...
... to experience what it is like to cross an open ocean channel, in the middle of the pacific ocean ... on an outrigger canoe.
We know that there is much room for improvement - but keep in mind that our cameras are in the middle of literally 'nowhere' - the entire TV crew suffered and performed under what the broadcast world would label as 'impossible conditions'.

Hawaii friends can now watch the entire broadcast on TV on channel 15 and HD1015. OC16 on demand
