Two Missing Pueo

We are missing two Pueo OC-1s. Both were last seen at the Kamanu Composites shop in Kailua.

1) Midnight blue deck w/ a hint of clear and a dark grey hull. This canoe came out of the mold severely blemished three years ago and has collecting dust in our shop for years. The epoxy batch for the 'iako sleeves didn't cure perfectly so the integrity of the sleeves is likely compromised. This canoe should not be used in anything but flat water and possibly represents a danger to whoever is on it.

2) Grey hull with a white deck. This has been our demo for years. It's been resprayed, so it's pretty noticeable because of the slight orange peel texture of the gel coat.

If you see either of them, please let us know as soon as possible. Also be on the lookout for canoes that are for sale that look completely resprayed. Because the blue and grey canoe was never demoed out, it is possibly stolen (though we'd like to hope there's just a misunderstanding). But, we're pretty loose with the loaning out of the grey demo, so it likely is just in the hands of a customer right now. Either way, we'd like them both back. Thank you very much.

Just to be clear: while nobody should have the blue and grey canoe, the grey and white one could be in the hands of a customer who we forgot to tell to bring it back. Either way, if you see someone with it, don't approach them or accuse them of theft, just give us a call. Thank you.

Tracked down the grey and white one. And, as assumed, it was being held by a customer who we forget to ask for it back, so it's all good. We knew that was going to be the easy one.
For the missing blue and grey canoe (which we also hope is missing through miscommunication), we've had some people notice a similar looking canoe paddling in Kailua. However, that canoe is owned by a long time customer of our's and is actually the opposite colors of what we're looking for. His has a blue hull and a grey/clear deck. Whereas we're looking for a grey hull with a mostly dark blue deck or a canoe that's been recently resprayed.

Thanks again for being on the lookout guys. We're keeping our fingers crossed that it'll turn up.
