Spot right on the border of LA and Orange county,
Seal Beach Rver Jetties,
surf it at high tide, (above 5 feet at least), and only when the swell is small with no surfers in the water.
If these conditions line up when it is in the AM, and glassy, then you will most likely have
a good OC1 surf session

Try the Cove in Palos Verdes. Guys from Lanikila surf it all the time on OC-1. Good fun, long rolling wave.

If you're in SD, hit up the Dolphin Tanks/Little Waimea area or Hogan's. All are long rolling waves good for OC1 surfing.
