I haven't tried the Oracle, but have paddled the Helium OC-1 and CX surfski extensively, and they both perform very well, especially in the surf. One of the things I like most about the Helium is the narrow nose which punches through waves and connect bumps easily. It appears that the Oracle has a similar nose, but possibly even better with a somewhat inverted bow profile.
The price that I've seen Ocean Paddlesports list them at seems to be a great deal.
