V1: where to buy in the Pacific Northwest

I'm looking for a V1 to train for 2016 world sprints. Would prefer to buy used or even share a boat. If all else fails will consider buying V1 new. Any ideas who sells them in BC or Pacific Northwest?
Times trials apparently use the Teva Nui, are these the same canoes they'll use for the actual competition?

There's a guy down at Sail Sand Point that has the Pure V1R for sale.

PM for more info

I looked online at the Sunshine Coast proposal for the IVF 2016 Sprints and it identifies the boats as "Zulu or Tahitian V1 design." That's pretty vague. About any V-1 fits that description. I know someone bought the Teva Nui molds after the Calgary sprints, but don't know if Teva Nuis are currently in production.

My guess is guess is Zulus wil be official Sprint boat.

Looks a lot like they have a mold from Tahitian manufacturer "Va' factory"...

Try email tiger canoe I know the mold went somewhere in canada. Or tiger has the fai 3x and his own v1 as well. If he gets enough orders could possible ship to west coast. aloha

Try posting your question on the Canadian Outrigger web site.

Take a look at the Tiger Canoe facebook page. That seems to be lively place with consistently updated pics on recent Fai Vaa. Talking with a few Seattle guys recently, Odie shipped the V1R to Seattle for something like $770 as I understand it from the owner.
