How's it,
The best glue I've been using is Rubatex glue. Rubatex is the foam type of insulation tubing that plumbers use to insulate hot water pipes. Glue velcro on the boat and on the seat. Very strong and durable. Good luck, it's no fun paddling without a seat.....
