Nah--- anything with a heavy beat is good though... whatever the last song i heard before going out gets stuck in my head a lot of the times for the entire paddle.. so i gotta be careful with what i listen to. If it's a junk song i think i'll go out of my mind on a long workout.

I see alot of great songs on this thread that I listen to. Looks like we have the same flavor. I like all types of songs from slow jams to hawaiian, or jazz to alternative. I love'm all! But when the curtain comes up, right before the big show begins, I get a little "RETARDED". My blood slowly rises, the nerves start jumping around, "daddy wants two play ruff"! The pumping music....yeh that "RUSH" music. You know, the noise that hypes you up!

Hi Gents, here in the Land Down Under i like to listen to "Reminiscing" by the "Little River Band". Reminds me how good i used to be. Then down a "Vegimite Sandwich" and go paddle my heart out and forget all about it.
