Does anybody know if Current Designs is still building the Mirage. Last I heard they were bulding the Mirage inconjuction with Wenonah Canoe in Minnesota. I e-mailed Wenonah several month ago with no reply.

Last I heard the Mirage was still being produced in Victoria, BC for Current Designs. Wenonah did move all of CD's small boat production to their Minnesota factory but the Mirage stayed behind as it was being handled in a seperate shop.
Check with Ocean River Sports (http://www.oceanriver.com/)...they can probably help you out.

Shane's right, the Mirage is still produced in Canada for Wenonah. the company that builds it is Black Line Marine - a Victoria based yacht builder.

Mahalo for the info. FYI for everybody else, I called Wenonah Canoe. They're "in between builders" and told me to call back in a couple of weeks. Not sure what's happening, but I did drop Karel an e-mail
