What is regular and what is longer? The rudder on my Kaimana does not seem short to me, but hey I live in the North East in Canada so for our water no problems. It's as long as many of the other boats I see here (Hurricane, Huki etc)

I'm looking for a surf rudder for my kaimana also, and I think a rudder like the one's on the hurrincane would be perfect for where I'm at. My current rudder is like 4 inches.
