leaky boat

My new boat, (l'oracle - Allwave.it) leaks. Where I live (nw France) we don't have acces to the fabricant. So, I must fix it myself.
I puffed it up and sprayed bubbly leak detector all over my boat (don't spray it on the cables), and found the leak in the footwell water drainage systeme. The seals were broken. I filled up the drainage holes with polyester resine (+ micro ballons), then drilled a new hole (smaller in size). The boat remained dry for 2 - 3 outings before it started to leak again. The reparation didn't last, probably because the flexability of the boat and the flexability of the polyester resine plug (with hole in it) are different.
How do you fix this particular leak ?
Thank you for your aide.

Polyester resin will not stick to epoxy resin very well even if the surface is scrached up for better bonding this may be why it opened up again. I am guessing your boat is made of epoxy resin and that is why you may have this problem. Try just rubbing 5 minute epoxy or fast epoxy to the sides of the foot well drains. This may work.

If it's got flex the seals on the new tubes will keep opening. Had the same problem and in the end I sealed the footwell and the hull with fibreglass. I found it was easier to put up with a little water in the footwells than carry 10 litres sloshing about inside the canoe.
