I need an estimated value for my canoe

I am being sued for an auto accident several years back and now they are asking for estimated values for basically everything I own, including my OC-1. Personally I don't think it is worth alot but would really appreciate somebody elses opinion on the value.

I have a 6 year old Outrigger Connnection Mantra, it has seen quite a bit of work in its days, most recently, a hole had to be cut in the tail of the boat to repair the rudder cable tubes, which had broken and left my broken rudder cables inside the canoe with no way out. It is in good shape now.

I paddle in southern California, where a high volume boat such as the mantra is rarely used to its full potential, in good surf.

any guess would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your time.

value is in the eye of the beholder...

if you're getting sued, i'd say depending on whether you need the canoe to be worth a lot or nothing, you can argue that it's worth either $3000 or $100... that is unless you are trying to sell it, then the market plays out, and it'll probably be in the lower end (in terms of what i'd pay for it)
