i was wondering if anyone had any cross-training tips to get back into paddle shape for oc1 races

I heard Goto likes to do loads of rollerblading when oc-1 season rolls around!

Stand up Paddle surfing,

Best workout and its fun, swim a few times a week too I have found it good for X training and to loosen up after hard days with the paddle.
