A great place to start is on the Kialoa paddle website, Kialoa.com. Click on products, and then in resources, click on How To Choose. there is a guide for height and paddle size matches. Good Luck.
Before getting your first one, if you can try a few to get the feel, that would be optimal.
the new quickblade…its called the kanaha…best blade i’ve ever used…www.quickbladepaddles.com i think…but that blade isn’t on the website yet…call or email and ask about it…it should be worth it
