My husband, Norm, will be traveling to Guam and would like to work out with someone there. He would like to either find a canoe club to paddle with or borrow/rent a oneman. Norm is 6' 5" and 215 lbs...so only some onemans will fit him. He will be there 02/16-02/25. Please email me if you can help my husband stay in shape.

Mikala,
Have you husband go to Matapang Beach in Tumon and look for the canoes on the beach or next to the Hyatt (I think that was the hotel). Also send him to Agana Boat Basin by Chamorro villlage, look for canoes by baseball stadium and next to the water. There is a website for Guam Outrigger Canoe Club possibly with contact info. Teams usually practice around 5:30 PM or 6 PM on weekdays. If he goes to Primo surf shop he may get a phone number for some paddlers to call and get in the boat.
