For those of you who don't know. You must try the sake I have shared with a few dear pals this lovely evening. This is a brief descriptive paragraph from the label of the magic elixir I have partaken of. There is no brand name given...go figure. Please read below.
Again, this is the ACTUAL label, the words have not been changed to protect the innocent.
"This is a Japanese traditional fermentation alcoholic beverage. The rice of materials also deletes 45% from the surface, and they are remnants about the portion fo the good starch of the central part. This product is only the rice which added the 'KOJI' of the blessing of God to it. It is happiness to you."
