Aloha,
when i was doing the sailing canoe races in hawaii i meet TIM WOODS, here is his e-mail, he knows it all,
namakani@msn.com, i am looking for MIKE KINCAID e-mails, he used to be president of the hawaiian canoe sailing asosiation, for sure they can point you to the right direction.

you should contact Alex at Hawaii Xtreme sports. he has been making great video of the HSCA races for the past few years. his email is: alex@zon3.com
or contact Terry Galpin, the current president of the HSCA at galpint001@hawaii.rr.com

This is off topic, but how do these canoes track in the water without a keel? I've been in an OC-6 perpendicular to a modest wind with it sliding across the surface at a few knots.

They are steered like a regular OC6, but the blade is huge, like a pizza flipper. In really high winds seat 5 will also help steer. The canoes can get up to 20 knots.

Try Patagonia's summer 2007 website. Good short video from last year.
