I am curious, what kind of training commitment most outrigger paddlers make in general. My impression is that most of us have many other obligations (work, family, etc.) that limit us from training at the elite level. Just looking for a general impression as to what how much the outrigger community trains. (Miles/kilometers or times per week)

Been training sprints since June, so my schedule is probably a little outside the norm...

I think you are exagerating goto (about the .8 times a week:actual sex).

I don't think he is exagerating but what he does fail to elaborate on it the duration of that 0.8 times a week. Because his masturbating 7.3 times a week isn't doing him any good since it lasts only 30 seconds. Or thats what jc-9 told me at least...

whoa! those are some very sad answers here, guys.
Anybody got some REAL info?
I personally don'rtknow how much I train. I know I practice with my crew 3-4 times a week and hike or nap on the off days. I know also that I toodle around on my one man or two man and I don't even think of that as training I just think of it as FUN!!

4 times a week 6-man :)
1 times a week 1-man :(
I'm really looking forward to molo this year, but one the other hand can't wait for 6-man season to wind down, and start getting some serious 1-man time.
