Are you asking what the cost would be to setup a "live" streaming video from the Ka'iwi channel?
If so, the logistics will be the main issue, and between now and Oct 7th you will not be able to scramble together the proper equipment and data connectivity.
It might be possible to coordinate live coverage at the finish, being that it is down in Waikiki with pleny connectivity. Shoot the start from Molokai, and begin the stream shortly after from Kaunakakai (or nearest ISP).
During the crossing volunteers could radio in locations where someone could post a live blog (maybe on this site).
I think that would be the closest thing to a "live stream". It would be interesting to see how many folks tune in.
