what shipment are you refering to? California, Hawaii, Australia, Pacific Northwest? There are a lot of shipments going to many places. As for the California shipment it is supposed to leave china in a week or two and arrive about November 1, However that was info from about three weeks ago,
My guess is that your rep whom I am assuming you are buying the boat will have better info than this forum, Anything you hear here is second hand and unreliable unless it comes froma rep. (I am a rep) And this info is still probably unreliable but it come from the factory manager himself who knows even more than Mike G.

The Aussie shipment is on the water as we speak, canoes should be available around 20th October. Info direct from the importer.

The last batch came in 3 months late. Work in china has been bad.
Better than the hurricane buyers, they're about 6-8 months behind and not getting their's until December.
Kai Wa'a actually has been pretty good time wise that I've seen from getting people their boats from China, although not ON time.
Could be worse, 2 year waiting list for Kaimana's and 9-12 months for Pahoa's.

Jeez, nothing worse than waiting for a boat and having no idea as to when it will come.

My buddy just ordered 2 huki v1xs and the wait was about 3 weeks.

Two year wait for Kaimanas? Sorry buddy, that's WAAAAAY off. From the time I send your deposit to Kamanu, to the time your boat arrives here in Seattle is under 15 weeks. One took only 8!

Not bad for a hand-built, Hawaii-made one-man.

sheesh goto, some people are soooo misinformed and huge exaggerators. Doesn't it feel good to lay the smackdown on them?
